soccer poem

November 26th, 2010

How do you know what love is you never have a fan club. How do you know what pain is not a defense if you hit the tibia and fibula. How do you know what a pleasure it has never won a classic neighborhood? How do you know what to cry if you have never missed a penalty Classic now in doubt? How do you know that the neighborhoods where you never stop to notice the wing. How do you know what the subway if you have never thrown a pitch in a way that only put up with the entire defense gone? How do you know what is wrong, if ever, received a red card to the referee room. How do you know what is insomnia, if it ever went down. How do you know what I hate is that if you have never made an own goal. How do you know what life is like if you never, never played football.
